Job summary

Agincare is hiring for a Wake Night Support Worker at our Wareham service. You will support multiple individuals with learning disabilities, helping with personal care, promoting independence and safety, and building trusted relationships within the community.

You will work as part of a values-driven team with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, guaranteed interview for eligible applicants, and benefits including a refer-a-friend bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centred support and personal care.
• 12+ months remaining right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Your role:
