Job summary

Agincare Group in Maiden Bradley is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and thrive in their community. You will provide personal care, build trust, and tailor activities to each person’s needs and preferences.

The role offers structured shifts (7am-2pm and 2pm-10pm) with full training, a supportive team, and opportunities for career development up to QCF Level 5. A UK driving licence is required due to the rural location.

Qualifications

  • 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
  • Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our service in Maiden Bradley to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
