Job summary

NHS Tayside in Dundee is seeking a proactive administrator to join the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department. You will manage waiting lists, coordinate theatre activity and liaise with patients, families and hospital staff to keep processes smooth.

You should have proven experience in waiting lists within healthcare, strong communication and organisational skills, and knowledge of Excel and Word. Familiarity with TrakCare booking and NHS Tayside Access Policy is advantageous; you will work 25 hours

• Support management of waiting lists and related matters within the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department.
