San Carlo Haleare is hiring a Waiter/Waitress in Manchester. The role offers competitive pay based on salary and tronc, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a busy Italian restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to their table.
• Present menus, take food and drink orders.
• Make recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Check guest satisfaction and address issues during the meal.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
• Assist with restaurant setup before service and cleanup after.
• Clear and reset tables for next guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escorting them to their table
• Presenting menus to guests and taking orders for food and drinks
• Making recommendations to guests regarding food and beverage selectionsServing food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
