San Carlo Bristol is hiring a friendly Host to greet guests and manage seating with a welcoming smile. You will coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely seating.

• Managing the restaurant's waiting list and seating guests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining an organized front of house area, including the hostess stand, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Answering phone calls and managing reservations.
• Answering guest inquiries about the menu, promotions, or services.
• Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Keeping track of table turnover and communicating availability to servers.
• Handling customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
