San Carlo Alderley Edge is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join our busy front-of-house team. You will deliver outstanding service in a welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to their table.
• Present menus, take orders for food and drinks.
• Make recommendations on food and beverages.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Check guest satisfaction and address issues.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after service.
• Clean and reset tables for the next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escorting them to their table
