Overview

We are recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress to join the Peter Street Kitchen team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.

• An amazing opportunity to join Peter Street Kitchen Team as a Waiter/Waitress.
• As a Waiter/Waitress you will be working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
• As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with systems such as OpenTable, Adecco and Micros and able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

About You

• Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end food-led operation is essential.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
