Clipstone, part of Woodhead Restaurant Group, is seeking enthusiastic Waiters, Waitresses and Front of House team members for its Fitzrovia restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver warm, professional service in a welcoming setting.

About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you'll help deliver warm, knowledgeable and professional service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Working closely with your colleagues, you'll ensure every service is smooth, welcoming and enjoyable while maintaining the high standards Clipstone is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and looking after guests throughout their visit
• Taking food and drink orders confidently and accurately
• Serving food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
• Preparing the restaurant before service and maintaining excellent standards throughout the day
• Creating a friendly atmosphere where guests feel genuinely looked after

Whether you're greeting regulars or welcoming first-time diners, you'll help create experiences that keep guests coming back.

About You

We're looking for people who enjoy hospitality and take pride in delivering great service.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Front of House Team Member or Server in a restaurant, café or hospitality environment (although this isn't essential)
• A warm, positive and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for food, hospitality and customer service
• An interest in wine and beverages, with a willingness to learn
• A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a close-knit team
• Most importantly, we're looking for people with enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality.
