Job summary

Quality Wines in London’s Farringdon area is seeking a floor team member to help deliver outstanding dining experiences. From setup to service and clean down, we are looking for friendly, passionate people who take pride in their work and pay attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and possess clear communication skills. A basic understanding of wine and beverages is helpful, and experience in a similar role is welcomed but not essential if you

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, and eager to learn.
• Deliver a fantastic guest experience and maintain high standards.
• Work well under pressure and as part of a team with strong communication.
• Be passionate about food with a basic understanding of wine and beverages.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential if the above traits are present.

Job description

Quality Wines is a celebrated restaurant and wine bar in Farringdon, providing one of London's most exciting food and wine offerings. Open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, the blackboard menu changes weekly with a mixture of small plates and larger main courses, often with an eye to classical cuisines and techniques from across the Mediterranean.

The Role

As part of the floor team you are responsible for ensuring that our guests consistently receive the very best experience possible. From set up to clean down and throughout service we're looking for friendly and passionate people who take pride in their job and have strong attention to detail.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• be friendly enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn
• really care about providing a fantastic experience for guests
• work well under pressure and as part of a team
• have clear communication skills
• be passionate about food with a basic understanding of wine and beverages
• have experience in a similar role though this isn't essential if you have everything else!
