Public House Group in West London is looking for experienced, customer-focused Waiting Team Members to join our high-end neighbourhood restaurant. You’ll greet guests warmly, help with menu choices and special requests, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

A snapshot of what you'll be doing Front of House:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
• Food & drink knowledge, Have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issue that may arise.
• Collaborative teamwork, Work closely with kitchen staff, bar tenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
