The Quality Chop House in London is seeking Front of House team members to deliver warm, attentive service in a renowned British restaurant. You will welcome guests, take orders and work closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience.

We value hospitality, strong communication and a collaborative spirit, with opportunities for training and progression within Woodhead Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Front of House Team Member or Restaurant Server.
• Warm, positive and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy services.
• Curiosity about food, wine and hospitality.
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills.

The Role

As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play an important role in delivering the experience our guests return for time and time again.

Great hospitality at The Quality Chop House is attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and always generous.

Working alongside the kitchen and your fellow floor team members, you'll help ensure every service is smooth, professional and welcoming.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism

About You

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and take pride in looking after others.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Front of House Team Member or Restaurant Server (although experience isn't essential if you have the right attitude)

• A warm, positive and enthusiastic approach

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to remain calm and professional during busy services

• Curiosity about food, wine and hospitality

• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
