Job summary

The Quality Chop House, part of Woodhead Restaurant Group, is seeking passionate Waiters, Waitresses and Front of House Team Members to join our award-winning London restaurant in Farringdon. We value ingredient-led British cooking, warm hospitality and a supportive team culture.

As part of our Front of House team, you will welcome guests, provide attentive service, and work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and front-of-house roles preferred.

The Role

As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play an important role in delivering the experience our guests return for time and time again.

Great hospitality at The Quality Chop House is attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and always generous.

Working alongside the kitchen and your fellow floor team members, you'll help ensure every service is smooth, professional and welcoming.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism

Delivering attentive and knowledgeable service throughout each shift

Taking food and drink orders confidently and accurately

Serving exceptional seasonal food and carefully selected wines

Preparing the restaurant before service and maintaining high standards throughout the day

Working closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless communication and service

Helping create a positive, collaborative atmosphere for both guests and colleagues

Every detail matters, and every member of the team contributes to creating memorable dining experiences.

About You

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and take pride in looking after others.

You'll ideally have:

Experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Front of House Team Member or Restaurant Server (although experience isn't essential if you have the right attitude)

A warm, positive and enthusiastic approach

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong attention to detail

The ability to remain calm and professional during busy services

Curiosity about food, wine and hospitality

A willingness to learn and develop your skills
