Job summary

Quality Wines in London’s Farringdon is hiring for a floor team member to help deliver outstanding guest experiences during lunch and dinner service, Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll join a friendly, passionate team that takes pride in detail and high standards across setting up, serving, and clearing down.

We value attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork above all. Experience in a similar role is welcomed but not essential if you have the right mindset and enthusiasm for wine and food.

Quality Wines is a celebrated restaurant and wine bar in Farringdon, providing one of London's most exciting food and wine offerings. Open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, the blackboard menu changes weekly with a mixture of small plates and larger main courses, often with an eye to classical cuisines and techniques from across the Mediterranean.

The Role

As part of the floor team you are responsible for ensuring that our guests consistently receive the very best experience possible. From set up to clean down and throughout service we're looking for friendly and passionate people who take pride in their job and have strong attention to detail.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• be friendly enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn
• really care about providing a fantastic experience for guests
• work well under pressure and as part of a team
• have clear communication skills
• be passionate about food with a basic understanding of wine and beverages
• have experience in a similar role though this isn't essential if you have everything else!
