Job summary

Big Mamma Group in the UK is seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our floor team across London and other UK locations. You will provide warm, professional service, learn our menu, upsell, and handle payments with confidence.

We offer a permanent, full-time role with base pay plus 15% of the service charge you generate in your section, plus a per-hour tronç point and daily staff meals. Enjoy 15% employee discounts in UK & Ireland restaurants, wellbeing support, and growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Take care of all guests in your section, following the steps of service, providing recommendations, upselling and processing payments.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Floor team, your mission will be to:
