Job summary

Big Mamma Group in the UK is seeking a Chef De Partie for the Hot Section to run prep and service, craft dishes from scratch and maintain a clean, efficient station.

You will train teammates, work with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service, and lead with energy and precision during busy periods, while adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services.
