Job summary

Big Mamma Group in London is seeking a Chef De Partie for the hot section to join our busy kitchens. You will run the hot station during prep and service, prepare dishes from scratch to our recipes, and maintain a clean, organized area.

You will train and support teammates, work with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service, and uphold food safety standards. The role is permanent, full-time with a total hourly package of £18.46 and a staff meals program.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
• Passion for Italian food and great attitude.
• Experience as Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
