Job summary

Big Mamma Group is seeking a passionate Pizza Chef to join their team in the UK. The role involves crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas in a busy pizzeria, upholding health and safety standards, and working closely with teammates to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong Pizzaiolo experience, a love for Italian food, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a permanent, full-time position.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:

• Working in our pizzeria section and crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, from preparing the dough to the final finishing touches
• Respect health & safety standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation
• Work hand-in-hand with your teammates during busy services
• Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset
• Help create the best moment of our guests’ day

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• A big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Strong experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally working with authentic Neapolitan pizza
• Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Strong communication skills and love for teamwork
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
