Job summary

Big Mamma Group in the UK is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to lead the Hot Section. You will manage prep and service, and ensure dishes are prepared from scratch while maintaining high standards and fast service.

The role requires strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, team leadership, and the ability to train new team members. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected, with career growth opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie experience in a large busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and energy during high volume services.

Responsibilities

• Run the Hot Section during prep and service.

• Keep section organised, clean and service-ready.

We’re now looking for a passionate Chef De Partie - Hot Section to join our team!

Your Mission

• Run the Hot Section during prep and service

• Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards

• Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready

• Support and train new team members

• Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service

• Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

• Support your team during busy services

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
