Big Mamma Group is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to lead the hot section in one of its busy UK restaurants. The role focuses on prepping and cooking from scratch, maintaining high standards, and training junior teammates.

Ideal candidates bring strong Italian cuisine knowledge, proven leadership and teamwork, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Join a dynamic, growth‑oriented hospitality group with excellent staff benefits.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:

• Run the Hot Section during prep and service
• Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards
• Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready
• Support and train new team members

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine

• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
