Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Cumbria seeks an experienced Waiter to deliver Michelin-starred level service in a prestigious boutique hotel. You will work within a renowned 4 AA Red Star property and a Michelin-starred restaurant, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in a 3 AA Rosette or equivalent fine-dining environment, with strong service and wine knowledge, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.

We are recruiting for a Waiter in Cumbria to join a prestigious 4 AA Red Star boutique hotel with a Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette restaurant.

This opportunity is for an established restaurant professional who already understands high-end service and wants to take their standards, knowledge and career to the next level. You will be joining an ambitious property at an exciting stage of its journey, with genuine progression towards Restaurant Manager.
