Job summary

You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead front-of-house, and mentor junior staff while elevating wine, food and guest experiences. Relocation to Cumbria is encouraged for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven 3 AA Rosette experience or above
• Previous supervisory or restaurant management responsibility
• Strong leadership and confident floor presence
• Excellent food, wine and service knowledge
• Genuine passion for hospitality and high-end restaurant service
• Ambition to progress towards Restaurant Manager
• Willingness to relocate to Cumbria for the right career opportunity

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of service
• Lead, brief and motivate the front-of-house team
• Maintain exceptional Michelin-level fine-dining service standards
• Be visible on the floor and deliver a polished, personal guest experience
• Coach and develop junior members of the restaurant team
• Help drive food, wine and service knowledge across the team
• Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
• Play an active role in maintaining and developing already high standards
