Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning restaurant with rooms in Cumbria to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie. You will lead your section, produce Michelin-standard dishes using seasonal produce, and work alongside an experienced Head Chef.

The role offers a 4-day working week with training and career development, plus service charge and overtime. This is a rare opportunity to join Cumbria’s exciting restaurant with rooms, focusing on quality, creativity and exceptional dining

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin-starred kitchen or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Passion for exceptional food and seasonal produce.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence and consistency, delivering Michelin-standard dishes.
• Prepare and plate dishes to a high standard and maintain food safety.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning restaurant with rooms in Cumbria, looking to recruit a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join their exceptional kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step into a senior role while working alongside an experienced Head Chef, producing Michelin-standard cuisine using outstanding seasonal produce.

What's involved?

• Running your section with confidence and consistency
• Preparing and delivering dishes to Michelin-standard quality

• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
