Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a Michelin-starred operation in Cumbria. The role suits an experienced supervisor with 3 AA Rosette experience or equivalent, aiming to progress toward Restaurant Manager within a prestigious luxury hotel.
