RXO, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organised VRET Operations Team Leader to manage the day-to-day execution of our Vendor Returns (VRET) operation.

You will lead a team of operational administrators and coordinators while ensuring the efficient movement, tracking and return of customer inventory through the RXO network. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between warehouse operations, transport planning, customer service teams, technology partners

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the end-to-end Vendor Returns process from receipt to delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound flows for efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and throughput.
• Develop and enforce VRET procedures and governance.
• Ensure delivery appointments meet service levels.
• Manage relationships with Amazon stakeholders and providers.
• Escalate issues and manage service risks.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transport planning teams.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards.
