Job summary

Quince is seeking a Returns Manager to own end-to-end reverse logistics for UK and EU operations, from forecasting volume to refunds, fraud prevention, and resale. You will build a fast, accurate, cost-efficient returns operation and lead cross-functional teams, partnering with carriers, warehouses, and customer service.

The role requires deep experience in high-volume ecommerce returns, a strong grasp of UK/EU consumer rights, and a hands-on approach to reduce losses while preserving customer

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years managing returns or reverse logistics in high-volume ecommerce/retail.
• Experience building returns forecasting and capacity planning models.
• Solid understanding of UK/EU consumer rights, refunds, and distance-selling rules.
• Experience designing or managing returns fraud detection and prevention programs.
• Track record reducing logistics-driven returns through root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Forecast returns volume across UK/EU markets and plan staffing, processing and warehouse space.
• Oversee refunds in line with UK/EU regulations and monitor SLA performance.
• Manage resale/recommerce channels for graded inventory and maximize recovery value.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and manage reverse logistics service levels.
