Job summary

RXO is seeking a logistics-oriented coordinator to maintain transport orders in our TMS, raise service cases with customers, and coordinate with warehouse teams to verify stock and locations. You’ll respond to calls and emails, document issues and resolutions, escalate delays promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

1–3 years in logistics is preferred, with strong data entry and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Transport Management Systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain transport orders in the TMS accurately.
• Raise and manage service cases with customers or partners when issues occur.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to verify stock or pallet locations.
• Collaborate with traffic and warehouse teams to resolve scheduling queries.
• Record outcomes of network or partner checks and incident handling.
• Process service incidents, claims, and chargebacks with complete documentation.
• Retrieve and distribute PODs within required timelines.
• Respond to calls and emails professionally and timely.
• Escalate delays or discrepancies promptly to the appropriate team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service quality.
