Job summary

JD Logistics (JINGDONG Logistics) in Milton Keynes seeks an experienced Reverse Logistics Lead to manage day-to-day returns, grading, and outbound processing while maintaining stock accuracy and KPIs. You will guide a warehouse team, coordinate with internal departments, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced operation.

The role focuses on inbound/outbound cycles, disposal flows, and meeting health and safety standards within a cutting-edge logistics network.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or reverse logistics management experience.
• Strong people-management and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of WMS and inventory control.
• Comfortable with KPIs and operational data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reverse logistics operations including inbound returns, putaway, grading, repair coordination and outbound processing.
• Manage RTS, B2B/internal sales, disposal and donation flows.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including workload planning, productivity and performance management.
• Monitor operational KPIs, backlog, inventory accuracy and processing SLA.
• Maintain accurate stock control and conduct regular inventory/cycle counts.
• Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments, transport teams and other warehouse sites.
• Ensure warehouse SOPs, health & safety and operational standards are followed.
• Support new reverse-logistics projects and process implementation.
• Provide regular operational reporting and escalation of key risks/issues.
