Job summary
Concentrix is hiring a Social Media Advisor to support VR customers across social media, live chat, email, WhatsApp, and voice channels from our Belfast VR Hub. You will own customer inquiries, deliver prompt resolutions, and foster engaging online community experiences reflecting the brand values.
The role requires strong English communication, 55 WPM typing, and availability for a 40-hour week with a shift window from 11:00 to midnight, including the Christmas period. Training is provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or social media support.
- Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C1).
- Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Willingness to work across shift patterns including holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support across voice, chat, email, WhatsApp, social media, and online community channels.
- Resolve customer enquiries and technical issues efficiently using available tools and resources.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional and engaging communication.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring interactions align with brand tone and values.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
