Qualificações

• Availability to work 5 days per week, between 6am - 7pm.

• Provide a ‘white glove’ experience to customers via various channels.
• Resolve customer issues using provided tools.
• Monitor forum channels, identify and escalate issues as necessary.
• Create engaging responses to encourage participation.
