Job summary

J.P. Morgan is hiring a Vice President Securities Lead to drive complex change across Securities Services and post-trade operating models. You will lead a delivery portfolio, manage a PM team, and ensure strong governance, risk controls, and stakeholder alignment across Products, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.

You will partner with Global and Regional heads to standardize transition activity and maintain audit-ready documentation, reporting, and governance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program, project or change management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Services and post-trade processes/operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proven governance, prioritization, risks/issues, dependencies, and senior reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with concise updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Securities-focused change delivery across the Agent Transitions portfolio.
• Directly manage and develop a team of Project Managers; coaching and performance feedback.
• Own delivery plans from evaluation through post-implementation review.
• Drive portfolio discipline, prioritization, dependencies, and governance routines.
• Act as a senior escalation point for risks, issues, and decisions affecting delivery.
