Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Securities Lead within the Network Management Agent Transitions team. The role focuses on coordinating complex change across agent bank and FMI networks, with emphasis on Securities Services and post-trade operating models.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program, project or change management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Services and post-trade processes/operating models.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
• Proven track record managing governance, prioritization, risks/issues, dependencies, and senior reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise senior updates and materials.
• Strong focus on controls, accountability, and delivery outcomes in a regulated environment.
• People management experience and mentoring career progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead Securities-focused change delivery across the Agent Transitions portfolio with strong market readiness and stakeholder alignment.
• Directly manage and develop a team of Project Managers, coaching and performance feedback.
• Own delivery plans from planning through post-implementation review with clear outcomes and controls.
• Drive portfolio discipline: prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, governance for senior oversight.
• Act as a senior escalation point for risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions affecting delivery timelines.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Network Management.
• Partner with Global/Regional Heads to ensure consistent transition activity across markets/regions.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, controls and reporting for audit readiness and governance.
• Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting.
