Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President Securities Lead within the Network Management Agent Transition team to drive and coordinate complex change projects impacting the agent bank, securities services, and post-trade operating models.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance, implement robust governance, controls, and risk management, and mentor the project management team to deliver predictable, enterprise-wide outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program, project or change management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Services and post-trade processes/operating models (e.g., custody, clearing, settlement, corporate actions).
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
• Proven track record managing governance, prioritization, risks/issues, dependencies, and senior reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise senior-level updates and decision materials.
• Focus on controls, accountability and delivery in a regulated environment.
• People management experience including talent development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead Securities-focused change delivery across the Agent Transitions portfolio with market readiness and stakeholder alignment for custody/clearing/settlement and related post-trade activities.
• Directly manage and develop a team of Project Managers; coach, set objectives and support career progression.
• Own delivery plans from evaluation through post-implementation review with clear outcomes, cutovers and controls.
• Drive portfolio discipline for Securities workstreams, including prioritization, sequencing, dependencies and governance routines for senior oversight.
• Act as a senior escalation point for risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions affecting delivery timelines or operational readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Network Management.
• Partner with Global and Regional Heads to ensure a consistent approach to transition activity across markets/regions.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, controls and reporting for audit readiness and governance.
• Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across processes, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
