Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to design and improve end-to-end operational journeys across retail banking products. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and embed risk and controls into every process.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive ownership, and help expand digital banking capabilities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong process design expertise mapping complex operations and customer journeys using BPMN 2.0.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes autonomously.
• Understanding of operational risk and compliant, well-controlled processes.
• Experience delivering in agile product environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve end-to-end operational journeys across retail banking products and services.
• Lead delivery of process engineering workstreams, plan work and manage dependencies.
• Embed risk and controls into process designs and ensure proper controls.
