Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President Securities Lead within the Network Management Agent Transitions team to lead and coordinate delivery of complex change across Securities Services and post-trade operating models.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, manage a team of Project Managers, and ensure delivery plans, governance, and controls are embedded across regions. The role demands an ability to navigate ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and maintain audit-ready

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program, project or change management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Services and post-trade processes/operating models.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
• Track record in governance, prioritization, risks/issues, dependencies, and senior reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear delivery outcomes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Securities-focused change delivery across the Agent Transitions portfolio, ensuring market readiness and stakeholder alignment.
• Directly manage and develop a team of Project Managers; coach, set objectives, provide feedback, and support career progression.
• Own delivery plans from evaluation through stabilization and post-implementation review with clear outcomes and controls.
• Drive portfolio discipline for Securities workstreams including prioritization, sequencing, and governance routines.
• Act as escalation point for risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions impacting delivery timelines or operations.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance; ensure timely decisions.
• Partner with Global and Regional Heads for consistent transition activity across markets and alignment to standards.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, controls and reporting to support audit readiness and governance.
• Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across processes and reporting.
