Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London invites a Vice President to join the Governance and Program Management team within Finance & Risk.

You will lead critical projects, drive transformation across multiple lines of business, and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology to ensure governance and delivery excellence. You will shape program strategy, manage stakeholders, and evolve governance frameworks while aligning with regulatory expectations.

• Robust understanding of Commercial & Investment Bank products and processes.

• Experience managing cross-functional or end-to-end projects and defining business requirements and implementing solutions with Technology.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all phases of the program and project life cycle.
• Create project charters, resourcing plans, defining, and agreeing roles and responsibilities for project delivery.
• Create and maintain an appropriate governance structure, evolving as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Risk, Legal, Chief Data & Analytics Office and other functions.
• Coordinate and facilitate working group sessions, setting agendas and documenting outcomes.
• Plan, track and implement project execution and deliverables.
• Prepare materials for governance forums, management reporting and regulatory presentations.
• Implement and maintain appropriate project management tools and processes, according to our team’s minimum controls and process library, such as Statements of Work, Roles and Responsibilities, Governance Framework and Communications Plan.
• Identify, collate and manage program-level risks, issues and dependencies.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders through scorecards.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are met.
