Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an experienced risk and control professional to strengthen payments operations across global teams. You will drive the control agenda, support change initiatives, and partner with risk, compliance, and audit functions to ensure robust risk management.

Responsibilities include end-to-end process reviews, automation opportunities, and implementing resilience and regulatory controls. You will lead with credibility at senior levels and guide cross-functional partners to sustain

Qualifications

• Proven risk and control management experience in payments ops or treasury services.
• Experience with data tools (Excel/Tableau/Alteryx/Power BI) and applying AI/ML for analytics.
• Strong leadership and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Change Management, regulatory/industry frameworks, risk control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to drive root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and controls in change/event activities, mapping data taxonomy across domains.
• Drive the Operations control agenda with risk and change management support.
• Manage control elements for strategic projects, incl. process improvements and migrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and oversee preventive actions to reduce risk.
• Guide operational improvements aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct end-to-end reviews of key processes, seeking automation and efficiency gains.
• Coordinate with CCOR, Internal Audit, Product, Tech, and Finance for integrated risk management.
• Provide guidance on corporate policies, risk, and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate internal audits and regulatory reviews with remediation of findings.
• Design and execute proactive reviews to validate control effectiveness.
• Ensure business resiliency testing adheres to CIB guidelines.
