The role focuses on operational improvements, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with risk, compliance, product, technology, and finance teams. You will drive a proactive control program, oversee end-to-end process reviews, and promote automation and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in risk and control management within Payments Operations, Treasury Services, or similar financial services environment.
• Proven ability to lead with credibility at senior levels and drive regulatory alignment.
• Strong data analytics and ability to apply AI/ML to operational risk.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Support operations and controls in change and event-related activities across business, risk, control, and data domains.
• Drive the Operations control agenda with risk and change management support.
• Manage control elements for strategic projects, including process improvements and regulatory initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and oversee preventive actions to mitigate operational risk.
• Coordinate internal audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring timely remediation of findings.
• Guide improvements aligned with long-term strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
