Qualifications

Proven experience in risk and control within payments/financial services.
Strong data analytics and tooling experience (Excel/Tableau/Alteryx/Power BI).
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and control practices.

Responsibilities

Support operations and controls in change and event-related activities across data domains.
Drive the Operations control agenda with risk and change management support.
Manage control elements for strategic projects including regulatory initiatives and technology migrations.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement preventive actions to mitigate operational risks.
Lead end-to-end reviews of core processes and identify automation opportunities.
Coordinate with CCOR, Internal Audit, Product, Technology, and Finance for integrated risk management.
