RWS Global is seeking a Vice President, Business Operations to lead Operational Excellence across the organization, aligning processes, governance, and IT strategies with growth and delivery goals. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale operations globally.

The successful candidate will oversee continuous improvement, governance, reporting, and enterprise platforms, while partnering with executive leadership to drive transformation and organisational effectiveness

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading global operational functions within a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, organizational design, and operational governance.
• Experience in entertainment, live experiences, or similarly complex global operating environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Operations strategy aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
• Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Provide executive oversight of business systems, operational platforms, and process automation initiatives.
• Establish operational metrics and dashboards to support strategic decision making.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management across the enterprise.
