Veovo seeks a visionary VP of Delivery and Operations to steer our global delivery and service operations. You will sit on the senior leadership team and help shape the strategy and operating model for our cloud-first SaaS platforms used by airports worldwide.

You will own the delivery and service P&L, ensure capacity to meet demand, and lead a global matrix team across regions and functions. This role partners with regional GMs, backs bids, supports customer engagements, and guides growth and

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of technology delivery and service management in a mission-critical domain.
• Experience running SaaS operations at scale.
• Accountability for a multi-million-dollar P&L with strong commercial acumen.
• Led global teams of 50+ across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own global delivery and service operations, ensuring profitable, high-quality delivery.
• Hold the delivery and service P&L, forecasting revenue and costs.
• Lead a global matrix team including Regional Heads and Delivery Factory.
• Partner with Regional GMs to win business and back bids.
• Lead senior customer engagements and escalations.
• Recruit, develop and motivate people, set performance standards.
• Support M&A execution and integration.
