Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Experience Research Vice President in Operations Experience Design to lead a team of researchers, design studies, and deliver impactful findings that shape product experience and business outcomes.

You will mentor researchers, develop innovative studies, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve customer and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading experience research initiatives and teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Advanced proficiency in survey design, interviews, ethnography, and accessibility guidance.
• Proven ability to design and manage multi-faceted research programs.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable business outcomes.
• Experience scaling research across regions and products.
