Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to establish and lead the research practices that drive product decisions. You will work with Design, Product, and Engineering to create customer-centered experiences through deep qualitative studies, fieldwork, interviews, diary studies, and usability testing.

You will champion research insights, set hiring and recruitment standards, and build scalable processes that inform strategy, design, and development across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UX Research experience in a B2C product environment.
• Extensive experience with exploratory and evaluative qualitative methods.
• Experience designing and executing studies from conception to completion.
• Knowledge of best practices and ability to define them for others.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research across multiple product areas with Design, Content, Product and Engineering.
• Identify and prioritise research opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and advise on the overall user research strategy for the business.
• Conduct end-to-end UX research covering generative and evaluative topics.
• Empower Designers to conduct their own qualitative research and ensure high standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across teams.
• Develop and implement research practices and frameworks to drive efficiency.
