Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Vice President of Visual Design to shape the final product and guide stakeholders through compelling visual narratives. You’ll lead experiences for our internal users, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and on-brand communications across fintech SaaS ecosystems.

You will mentor junior designers, evolve design systems, and translate complex technical concepts into understandable artefacts for business clients and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of design experience across agencies, consultancies or in-house teams.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual artefacts for stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and promoting inclusive design practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to craft accessible, on-brand visual designs.
• Evolve internal brand identity and assets for consistent communication.
• Translate complex products into clear visual narratives for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Translate UX designs into final artefacts to support platform development.
• Demonstrate expertise in user interface design and motion design.

• Stay aligned with modern web and mobile design constraints and design systems.
