Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks an experienced User Experience Designer, Vice President, to craft user-centred experiences for complex enterprise workflows in Trade & Working Capital. Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience delivering shipped work on complex products.
• Proven ability to run qualitative interviews and translate findings into design directions.
• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and UI craft.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX for priority Trade & Working Capital journeys from framing to final UI.
• Plan and conduct qualitative research interviews and synthesize insights into opportunities.
• Create journey maps, service flows, IA, and interaction models to reduce complexity for experts.
• Produce wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes; iterate with feedback and testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure feasible implementation and high UX quality.
• Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and prioritisation with PM/Engineering.
