Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Experience Design Senior Associate to shape the UX of our communication and collaboration tools used by 300,000+ employees. You will lead design efforts, craft concepts, prototypes and detailed interfaces, and collaborate with product, engineering and research teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.

You will apply inclusive design and accessibility principles, run user research, translate insights into actionable design decisions, and help grow UX maturity

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX/UI/product design experience.
• Portfolio showing process, problem-solving and complex digital experiences.
• Experience across web, mobile and other digital channels.
• Experience planning and applying user research and usability tests.
• Strong understanding of inclusive design and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems across products and platforms.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Create storyboards, journey maps and service blueprints with UX Research.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and insights.
• Collaborate to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Champion the user-first mindset across build and buy products.
• Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback.
• Stay current on trends in UX design, fintech, AI and digital.
• Contribute to growing UX maturity within the division.
