JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Control Manager aligned to AWM’s Operations Controls team. You will oversee risk identification, control design and evaluation, and manage issues end-to-end, influencing senior leaders and implementing secure, compliant operations.

You will work on risk-based processes across Tax, Middle Office, Client Operations, Regulatory Reporting, and related areas, supporting a strong control environment and strategic initiatives.

• Develop, enhance, and monitor the risk and control framework.

• Perform walkthroughs and assist critical lines of business with process mapping, risk identification, design of controls, and testing.
• Ensure practices align with risk standards, policies, and regulations to maintain an effective control environment.
• Ongoing monitoring and assessment of operational risk and control environment.
• Manage issue and action plan workflow end-to-end, including root cause analysis and remediation validation.
• Identify metrics to inform on health of risk and control environment.
• Develop enhanced reporting for controls through automation if required.
• Collaborate with senior business clients across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk and geographies.
