Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Lead to oversee Alpha implementation programmes. You will lead cross-functional teams across Alpha, CRD, SSCD, Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Testing and external client stakeholders to deliver programme outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and ability to drive TOM discussions, automation and AI-driven improvements while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and clear communication to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client facing Alpha implementation programmes.
• Oversee significant elements or phases of client implementations.
• Plan and monitor progress, resolve issues and take corrective action.
• Support timely delivery of the program with the Client Implementation Executive.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Alpha, CRD, SSCD, Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Testing and client stakeholders.
• Drive Target Operating Model discussions for future-state operating processes.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Communicate guidance from Oversight and Leadership groups to Programme and Product owners.
• Drive governance, including steering committees and risk forums.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between initiatives and report progress.
