Job summary

State Street is seeking an Account Services Client Implementation Analyst in London to guide clients through Alpha Platform implementations. You will gather requirements, design operating models, and liaise between business, implementation, and technology teams.

Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success. You will lead workshops, document requirements, and provide subject matter expertise while supporting testing and post-production transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, MIS or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in business process or data analysis, operating model design, or transformation projects.
• Ability to write SQL code for data analysis a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain the State Street standard operation model for Account Services to clients.
• Provide detailed business analysis and advice on current and future state Alpha F2B operating models.
• Develop use cases to document requirements and liaise with stakeholders to establish requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of STT F2B products for configuration, demonstrations, and SME activities.
• Support testing activities and post-production transition with test plans and scripts.
• Lead client-facing efforts in requirements gathering and technical standard definitions.
• Compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex business processes.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and develop global processes.
• Run meetings/workshops to explain and walk through business requirements.
