Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior front office testing leader to partner with Implementation Test Leads, CRIMS, and Alpha teams to govern end-to-end testing for Alpha implementations. The role spans complex asset manager workflows and requires coordination across front-to-back platforms and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include test strategy, planning, execution, defect governance, and executive reporting, with collaboration across performance and automation teams to drive timely delivery

Qualifications

• Senior front office testing leader with end-to-end governance and oversight responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating across CRIMS, ADP, and front-to-back integration points.
• Proven ability to partner with Implementation Test Leads and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Implementation Test Leads to manage workflow testing for Alpha implementations.
• Own and govern all aspects of Front Office testing, including test strategy, planning, and execution management.
• Manage defects, triage, and resolution governance; provide risk and status reporting.
• Coordinate with System Performance and Automation teams to ensure test coverage and automation adoption.
• Elaborate scope and requirements with stakeholders and test client-specific customizations.
• Provide executive-level reporting and maintain delivery predictability in client-facing programs.
