Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Lead to drive Alpha implementation programmes across the organisation. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning Alpha, CRD, SSCD, Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Testing and external client stakeholders to deliver programme outcomes.

You will also drive Target Operating Model discussions ensuring practical, scalable future-state processes.

Qualifications

• Experienced project/program management with full lifecycle delivery of complex front-to-back tech and services projects.
• Able to lead and collaborate across State Street and Charles River products and services.
• Experience in financial services and client-facing programmes is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Alpha implementation programmes.
• Oversee significant elements or phases of client implementations.
• Plan, monitor progress, resolve issues and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Support timely delivery of the programme with the Client Implementation Executive.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Alpha, CRD, SSCD, Operations, Product, Tech, Data, Testing and external stakeholders.
• Drive Target Operating Model discussions across front, middle and back office functions.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Communicate decisions to the Program and Product owners; govern with senior stakeholders.
